Fees and Payouts

Version 1.0·Updated 1 September 2026

Part of the Terms of Service and the Seller Terms. Every number that decides what you pay and when you get paid is on this page.

1. The headline

Sellers pay 6%. Buyers pay 0%. Withdrawals are free from $5.00.

The price on a listing card is the price the buyer pays. There is no service fee, no processing fee and no currency conversion added at checkout. On a $100 order the buyer pays $100.00 and the seller receives $94.00.

2. Seller rate by rank

Rank is recalculated hourly from your settled sales over the last 30 days and your weighted rating.

Rank30-day settled salesRatingFeeActive listings
Rookie——6%25
Bronze$300906%50
Silver$1,000925.5%150
Gold$5,000945%400
Platinum$15,000964.5%1,000
Elite$40,000974%unlimited

Gold and above publish straight to the catalogue without waiting in the moderation queue. Five thousand dollars of settled trade and a 94% rating is a stronger guarantee than a queue is.

3. Payout holds

After an order is confirmed, the seller's share moves to their balance and sits under a hold before it can be withdrawn. The hold is what makes it possible to refund a buyer whose dispute lands late.

Hold length, in hours, by what was sold and the seller's rank:

Accounts sit at the ceiling — 336 hours is 14 days — because a recovered account comes back long after the order closes. See the Account Trading Rules.

No hold ever exceeds 14 days, whatever the category and whatever the rank. That is a published ceiling and there are no exceptions to it — except that a hold on an order with an open dispute pauses until the dispute closes.

4. Withdrawals

  • Minimum: $5.00. Below that, on-chain fees eat the payment.
  • Fee: none, at any amount. No percentage, no flat charge, no minimum above five dollars.
  • Paid to a payout address you have saved and confirmed by email.
  • We screen the destination address before sending, and may be required to send your identifying information to the receiving provider alongside the transfer.
  • We may refuse or delay a withdrawal on the grounds in Section 9.1 of the Terms of Service, and we tell you when we do unless the law stops us.

Earned money and deposited money leave differently

Your wallet shows both figures, and the withdrawal screen uses the first one.

Withdraws to a confirmed address on its ownHow long
Earned here — your own sales, past their payout holdYesUsually inside an hour
Deposited — money you put in and have not spentGoes back the way it arrived, after a person checks itNot instant

Deposited money spends here with no delay of any kind. The distinction only applies to taking it back out.

The reason is in Section 9 of the Terms of Service: a platform where value can be deposited and withdrawn untouched to any address is doing money transmission, and it is the exact route used to move criminal proceeds through a marketplace. We will not keep money you did not spend — ask and you get it back. The condition is where it goes, not whether you get it.

A transfer sent to the wrong address or over the wrong network cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. Check the network as well as the address.

5. Rates we promised you

A rate you were promised is honoured.

  • The fee on an order is fixed when the order is created. If the table changes afterwards, that order does not.
  • A personal rate we granted you — for example the 1% rate for two months offered to the first sellers on the whitelist — runs for the full period it was granted for, regardless of your rank or any change to this page.
  • Falling to a lower rank raises your rate from that moment on, never retroactively.

6. Refunds and fees

If an order is refunded in full, the fee is refunded in full. We do not keep a cut of a sale that did not work.

A partial refund reduces the fee proportionally.

7. What we do not charge for

No listing fee. No monthly fee. No fee to bump a listing. No fee to open or answer a dispute. No fee to appeal one. No fee to withdraw. No fee to close your account.

8. What we may deduct from a balance

Only these, and always itemised: fees on your own sales; a refund we paid a buyer on your behalf; an amount a processor reversed upstream; and sums due under Section 9 of the Seller Terms.

We do not confiscate balances. When an account closes, what remains after itemised deductions is returned to you, unless the law requires us to hold it or the money is the proceeds of crime.

9. Changes to this page

Fifteen days' notice by email and in the application before any change takes effect, and it never applies to an order that already exists.
