Your Right to Cancel

Part of the Terms of Service. This is about changing your mind. If your order went wrong, you want the Refund and Dispute Policy instead.

1. The right

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or somewhere with a comparable rule, you normally have 14 days from placing a distance order to withdraw from it without giving a reason and without penalty.

2. How it works here, and how you lose it

Almost everything on GTAMarket is delivered immediately. The law allows you to trade the cancellation right away in exchange for immediate delivery — but only if you are told plainly and you actively agree. So at checkout you tick a box. It is separate from accepting the terms, it is never pre-ticked, and it is worded differently depending on what you are buying.

In-game currency and items

I request that delivery begins immediately, and I acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel once delivery has begun.

Tick it and delivery starts at once, and the cancellation right ends at that moment. Leave it unticked and delivery does not start — you keep the full 14 days, and the order waits.

Services — anything a person performs for you

I request that the service begins immediately, and I acknowledge that I lose my right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.

Tick it and the seller can start at once. The right does not end when work begins — it ends when the work is finished. Cancel part-way and you get your money back minus a proportionate amount for the part already done, worked out from what the listing promised and what was delivered.

Leave it unticked and the seller does not start until the 14 days pass or you tell us to go ahead.

3. How to cancel

Tell us before the right ends, in any clear statement. The fastest way is the Cancel order button on the order itself. You can also email support@gtamarket.store from your registered address, or send the form in Section 6.

Sending it before the deadline is enough. You do not need to explain.

4. What you get back, and when

Everything you paid, including any delivery cost — except a proportionate charge for a partly-performed service under Section 2.

We refund within 14 days of being told, and in practice within minutes: the amount goes to your GTAMarket balance immediately, and from there you can spend it or withdraw it. Minimum withdrawal $5.00, no fee. We do not refund to the original payment method, because settlement here is in cryptocurrency and on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.

You pay nothing for cancelling.

5. What this right does not cover

• An order that has been delivered, where you ticked the box. That was the trade.
• A service fully performed, where you ticked the box.
• Anything sold to you by a private seller rather than a business. The right applies to contracts with traders. Every listing shows which the seller is, and every private seller's listing carries a notice saying so.
• Your own selling, if you sell as a business. This right protects consumers.

None of that touches the Refund and Dispute Policy, which applies whether the seller is a business or not.

6. Model cancellation form

You do not have to use this. Any clear statement works.
